A clear view of privacy.
This notice explains how this LemonPay product demonstration handles information. The demonstration does not provide live banking, payment, clearing or currency conversion services. Do not enter real bank details, identity documents or sensitive financial information.
What the demonstration contains
Companies, receiving accounts, incoming payments and balances displayed in the Portal and Admin are synthetic examples. They are not actual customer records or usable bank account details.
Sessions and technical records
Opening a demo workspace creates a short-lived, first-party session cookie. The cookie supports workspace access and expires after one hour or when you sign out. The application stores a hashed session identifier, workspace role and session expiry in its separate demonstration database. Essential server records may include request method, route, status and timing. Passwords and session tokens are not written to application logs.
Contacting us
If you contact an address listed on this website, your message and the contact details you provide will be used to respond to your enquiry. Please include only information needed for that enquiry. Do not send account passwords, identity documents or payment instructions by email.
Cookies and analytics
The application uses an essential session cookie. This release does not embed advertising trackers, third-party analytics or external fonts. It does not sell information collected through this demonstration.
Retention and questions
Demo sessions expire automatically. Technical records and enquiries are retained only as needed for operating and evaluating this demonstration. Contact support@lemonpay.site with questions or a request concerning information you supplied.
Future services
Any launch involving real customer onboarding, banking or regulated payment services will require separate service documentation, provider confirmation and an appropriate privacy notice before that activity is enabled.
